This oyster shucking knife has a double ground AEBL Stainless steel blade and a stabilized Mapleburl handle adorned with mosaic pins. Heat-treated to 54 Rockwell for a very tough, chip free blade, each knife is made in-house, by hand, one at a time.
The design features a stout blade to handle larger East and Central coast shells, but will handle any little filter feeder you might want to get into.
The double ground stainless blade will last a lifetime.
