Street Perp.....!  This is a new track frame that hit the streets a few weeks ago.  Sometimes things just work out right and the collaboration between rider and builder exceeds expectations, certainly mine.  This frame is for a young woman Natalie who wanted something to rip around town on.  The color came out great and I'm pleased as pie.
